Access Control – How does it work?

Access Control is more than login security. It’s about who can change what, where, and when across your building automation environment.

Users in a building each have a specific role — and every role comes with its own permissions. With Access Control, the main building administrator can easily define these roles and assign the appropriate rights.

The building administrator manages all internal roles and controls which external companies may access the system, while each external company manages its own users—always within the permissions they’ve been granted.
