“We were the first plant in Russia to install the Priva FS Performance information and labor management system. Initially, it was difficult to train the staff to use the new labor accounting system; partly due to a lack of understanding of how it works, and partly because of a distrust of the system,” Vlamirovich explains. “But soon the employees saw the benefits of this open system, especially when salaries actually increased!”
Priva FS Performance improves efficiency and accuracy in recording the individual productivity of the workers. It automatically recalculates the salary of each employee based on the work performed (or the volume of the collected produce). Coefficients are used to calculate increased performance over and above set targets, or underperformance of employees. Reports can be constructed in the form of tables, graphs or diagrams. Based on the findings, the team leader can make adjustments to the work of the staff.
“Priva FS Performance is a mechanism for optimizing processes in the greenhouse and shows you the real capabilities of your staff,” states Roman Aratolyevich, who heads the IT section at TC Yaroslavsky. “We were the first to use the system in Russia and had the experience of adjusting the system to our own conditions through trial and error. There was a lot of interest from other factories in the region and many contacted us for our results,” Aratolyevich added.
“The working element of our system is FS Reader for electronic tags. This facilitates the training of personnel and minimizes errors in data entry, because employees do not need to enter transaction codes, series numbers, etc. It detects errors, warns operators and suggests possible solutions,” Aratolyevich explains. “Priva FS Performance system offers ample functions, and thanks to additional modules, it can be a good solution for greenhouse business.”
