  • Carrying out and analysing customer satisfaction surveys
  • Preparing user statistics

The user statistics of the website enables Priva to get an idea of the number of visitors, the duration of the visits, what sections of the website are visited and the click-behaviour. These are generic reports without any information about individual persons. Priva uses the collected information to improve the website.

La santé et le confort sont au cœur des attentions des utilisateurs, des propriétaires et des exploitants des bâtiments. Ceci n'est qu’une évolution normale puisque les performances d'une entreprise sont directement proportionnelle au bien-être et à la productivité des employés. Et vu que nous travaillons de plus en plus longtemps à l'intérieur, les facteurs climatiques tels que la température et l'hygrométrie deviennent de plus en plus importants. En effet : plus le climat intérieur de votre bâtiment est agréable, plus les gens se sentent à l'aise, moins il y a d'absentéisme et plus leur confort au travail est élevée. Saviez-vous que le contrôle individuel de ces facteurs a une grande influence sur la productivité et sur le sentiment de confort ?

Des facteurs tels que la qualité de l'air, le confort thermique, l'éclairage naturel, la lumière et l'acoustique sont connus pour avoir une grande influence sur la santé et le confort des utilisateurs des bâtiments.

Zone de confort optimale de 20 °C à 25 °C

Dans son rapport Santé, bien-être et productivité dans les bureaux, le Dutch Green Building Council s’intéresse à la qualité de l'air ; stipulant par exemple, qu'une mauvaise qualité de l'air peut même entraîner des maladies respiratoires et d'autres maladies. L’origine de ces dernières est, entre autres, une mauvaise ventilation. En ce qui concerne le confort thermique, l'institut écrit que cela a une grande influence sur la satisfaction au travail et la productivité. En évitant des températures inconfortablement élevées ou basses, vous pouvez augmenter considérablement votre productivité. L'étude démontre qu'à une température comprise entre 20 °C et 25 °C la productivité est optimale.

Importance d'une régulation individuelle

À noter également, les constatations relatives à l'éclairage naturel et à la lumière. Vous savez qu'un bon éclairage est crucial pour la satisfaction des utilisateurs. Que se soit pour la protection solaire ou pour l'éclairage artificiel , des systèmes de régulation innovants ne peuvent pas être omis. Ceci permet de tirer tous les bénéfices de la lumière du jour. Mais saviez-vous aussi que le contrôle individuel a beaucoup d'influence sur la productivité et sur le sentiment de confort ?

Cela provient du fait que la perception de confort diffère d'un individu à l'autre L'importance de l'intervention personnelle sur la régulation est démontrée par diverses études :

  • Il y a plus de plaintes de santé aspécifiques (entre autres les yeux secs ou le nez bouché) dans les bâtiments présentant moins de possibilités d'intervention personnelle ;
  • Les utilisateurs ayant une moindre influence négligeable sur le climat intérieur sont moins satisfaits du confort thermique et de la qualité de l'air intérieur que les utilisateurs disposant de possibilités d'intervention personnelle ;
  • La productivité des utilisateurs dans un espace de travail autorisant les interventions personnelles sur le climat intérieur est (3 %) plus élevée que pour les utilisateurs qui travaillent dans des locaux sans régulation individuelle.

Commande individuelle

La régulation individuelle est donc d'une importance majeure pour un environnement de travail sain, confortable et plus productif. Les gens se sentent beaucoup plus à l'aise dans une pièce et sont plus attentifs lorsqu'ils peuvent réguler eux-mêmes la température, la lumière et la ventilation.
