Investing in products and services
Priva is among the top 30 R&D companies in the Netherlands. We invest continually in improving and broadening our products and services. The focus of our around 100-strong Product Development team is on the in-house development of software (Windows, Linux, Android), electronics and mechatronics. We work on a project basis with multi-discipline teams. Innovation, quality and user experience occupy a central position in this.
We are an internationally active company with branches in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Great Britain, Scandinavia, Canada, Mexico, the US and China. Our products are sold in more than 100 countries around the world via an international network of Priva dealers and partners.
Sustainability is at the heart of Priva’s business ethos, given that we develop and supply products and services for sustainable, renewable climate control and process management. Sustainability is reflected not only in our products and services, but also in our campus and our relationships with our employees, partners and suppliers.
We invest in long-term working relationships with our employees. You can expect market standard employment conditions at Priva, including collective agreements. In addition to 24 days holiday, you are entitled to 6 days with reduced working hours. We strive to provide our employees with a good work-life balance. Flexible working times, part-time work and taking leave to care for close relatives or children can be arranged, where possible. Of course, in this respect it is important that there shall be a balance between your wishes and Priva's business interests.

Priva’s head office is located in De Lier, in the heart of the Westland municipality in the Netherlands. De Lier is a town with a strategic and central location. Close to the "knowledge city" of Delft, and equidistant between the center of government in The Hague and the port city of Rotterdam, symbolizing the balance between thinking and doing.
The Priva Campus in De Lier is easily accessible, with the A20 and A4 arterial roads nearby and access to ample (free) parking. It is close to the attractive town center, within walking distance of the full range of shops, restaurants and hotels that make De Lier such a pleasant place in which to live and work.
