In your position of Partner Program Manager Horti you are vital in the execution of this strategic theme. This is an exciting (and new) position where you are driving different projects and programs in parallel. Although these projects will have different aspects, stages and deliverables, there is a clear common thread: excellent stakeholder management, clear and timely communication, explicit ownership and determination to hit targets and deliver results. Your function will focus on creating value in the collaboration with technology partners and commercial alliances.
To prove our position as a market leader, we are renewing and extending our portfolio, which also includes reliable, Priva approved technologies of technology partners. In doing so, we deliver an integrated and plug-and-play set of reliable process automation solutions.
Furthermore, we develop a digital platform with different services. Our services are based on our domain knowledge and are meant to de-risk horticulture operation by providing relevant insights to management and by optimizing production, operation and water and energy usage. If appropriate, we add or connect to third party products and services. Our close and real-time connection to our customers enables Priva to provide the most relevant solutions for existing and future needs. We deliver an integrated and plug-and-play set of reliable solutions, ranging from AI-powered data analysis to IoT integration.
In your position you'll manage relationships with existing technology partners, your role in building new partnerships is vital to grow the technical area of our ecosystem. A high degree of partnerships will revolve around data, insights and building intelligent services. Commercial alliances are a vital factor of success in realizing our commercial growth ambitions. We see potential commercial partners in different areas. First of all, we have strategic key accounts. With these strategic accounts we have a close cooperation and they are often the frontrunners in the industry. We share vision and strategy, discuss roadmap and future requirements. Furthermore, we have strategic distribution and channel partners. These partners are crucial for Priva in our growth ambition and therefore we need to stay aligned to achieve our mutual goals. In the third place there are numerous other external 3rd parties who want to team with Priva and vice versa. When it comes to partnering and alliances, we believe that focus and clear communication are essential. This means among others clear staging (internally), excellent relationship and expectation management and 100% reliability to our partners. You own these processes.
You will work closely with the Business Team Horti and various other circles and your primary reporting line will be into the VP Strategic Partnerships and Business Development.

Some dominant roles we see for you are: Lead link of Taskforces to head start initiatives and enforce results in a focused way with clear mandates and deliverables; Proof of Concept Lead to enforce results of proof of concepts for technical partners or commercial allies; Priva Ambassador to represent Priva to partners and allies.
You are an excellent relation builder. You can translate the external input of market and technology partners in tactical plans and clear steps of execution to the Priva organization. You have a commercial and technical background and education (engineering, business administration). In previous jobs (you have at least 5 years of relevant experience) you showed excellent results in building valuable mutual gain situations. You know our industry and markets and understand the technological challenges our customers and Priva are facing.
