Company measures regarding the corona virus

News
29 July 2020
The corona virus has created extraordinary circumstances and is now also having a major impact on the business community. It goes without saying that Priva is following the developments closely and adhering to the guidelines issued by the National Institute for Public Health and Environment (RIVM) and the Dutch Government.

We are doing everything we can to continue to serve our customers to the extent possible, so that together we can ensure continuity in our organization. We have taken measures to ensure the safety of our employees and business relations during this period as well.

Read more about the measures taken here.

Working from home

Our employees will be working from home as much as possible in the coming weeks. For colleagues who don’t have this option, we offer a safe working environment at Priva.

Visits in the coming weeks will be kept to a minimum and meetings will be held by telephone or video as much as possible. Taking into account the applicable guidelines and with mutual agreement, certain meetings can take place. All business trips have been cancelled.

Company hygiene

To protect the health of employees and customers, the protocol on company hygiene has been tightened. Our employees will comply with the hygiene rules, will not shake hands and will maintain a distance of at least 1.5 meters. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Status of hardware stock & delivery reliability

In recent weeks, Priva has taken various measures to ensure the availability of products and the continuity of deliveries. Vital departments, including order processing, support, logistics and production, work in separate teams so that we can continue to deliver and support.

Our stocks and incoming goods flow are enough to be able to deliver orders under normal conditions. Should this change in the (near) future, we will inform you immediately, of course.

I would like to conclude with saying that we have experienced crises before, and this one will not be the last either. I wish you all a lot of energy, wisdom and creativity in the coming months, trusting that we will come out stronger again.

If you have any concerns and/or questions, please feel welcome contact your account manager or the general manager of your region.
